7. Consultation Modes & Timings

Consultation timings and slot availability may vary and are subject to prior appointment confirmation.

8. Fees, Payments & Booking Policy

• Once a sample has been processed or dispatched to the laboratory, the service may become non-refundable as per the Refund Policy.

• Availability depends on location, logistics, and partner laboratory support.
• Patients are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.

12. Delivery of Reports & Prescriptions

• Physical report delivery may be available in selected cases and may involve additional charges.
